Jamie Sulzman - Owner of Penn Oaks Tennis & Fitness Club
Jamie purchased the club in July of 2003. He enjoys the growing membership and sees great potential in both the Junior and Adult programs. Jamie is currently entering his 18th year as a teaching professional and brings with him a wealth of talent and enthusiasm. Before coming to Penn Oaks, Jamie performed duties as the Manager and Director of Tennis at Frog Hollow Tennis Club from 1995 to 1999. Upon leaving Frog Hollow, Jamie was the Head Tennis Professional at Aronimink Golf Club for three years from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Jamie has been USPTR certified for over ten years. Jamie's playing experiences include ten years as a ranked junior in Middle States, two years as a ranked adult in Middle States, four years as West Chester University's number one singles and doubles player, and several wins over world-ranked professional players.

Billy McElroy - Tennis Professional
Billy brings 14 years of teaching and coaching experience to our club. He has developed all levels of players up to nationally ranked juniors and collegiate scholarship athletes. He has twice been named "Daily Local News" High School Coach of the Year for his work at Bishop Shanahan High School, where he will be entering his 8th year of coaching both the boys and girls teams. Billy has also coached numerous USTA championship teams. He is regarded by many as one of the top team tennis coaches in the area. Billy is also both USPTR and USTA sports science certified.

Boubacar Toure - Tennis Professional
Boubacar joined Penn Oaks Racquet and Fitness Club as the Tennis Director from 2000 until 2002. Both PTR and USTA Sports Science Certified, he has more than 25 years of diverse experience as a professional player and teacher. His resume includes serving simultaneously as the head coach at Dickinson High School every Spring from 1992 until 1997, and a teaching Pro at Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis Center in Manayunk from 1994 until 2000. He was also the head coach at Immaculata College from 1994 until 1997. During the same period to the present, he directs The Future Stars Tennis Camp.
